feature request: surface invalidated approvals to UI

It would be great to have the case where “approvals have been made but invalidated as the HEAD has since been pushed to” be surfaced in the policy-bot UI? (The case identified by this log line)

It can be found through navigating to the logs, ideally this would be some super feedback through the UI, though.
