Plottable.Scales.Color - loop lightening should be toggleable
If the user provides a hand-picked color range, I think the 'loop lightening' should be disableable and maybe disable by default - if you have a large number of charts that can be toggled on and off, with a relatively small color range, it pretty quickly saturates the color to almost pure white, which is undesirable.
This has to be in. Can't believe it's not available.
If disabled, what would the wanted behavior be for a color scale whose range is 3 colors but whose domain is 10? Recycling the colors? Always choosing white? Throw an error? None of those sound significantly more appealing
Recycling the colors is significantly better than using all black or all white or throwing an error. Some information > no information.
