Ability to list all tags

Before this PR

For now if there are multiple tags on commit only one of them will be returned when getLastTag() method is invoked. There is no way to query, filter or search for specific tag in case there is more than one.

After this PR

This PR adds new property to get all tags on the commit thus allowing the user to choose one of them for his specific scenario.

Possible downsides?

New method added to interface. No code change is required for current users if they do not need this functionality.

Note: only one type should be chosen.

How are new versions calculated?

• ❗The break and manual task changelog types will result in a major release!
• 🐛 The fix changelog type will result in a minor release in most cases, and a patch release version for patch branches. This behaviour is configurable in autorelease.
• ✨ All others will result in a minor version release.
