[Feature Request] Youtube Description links.

Could you add support for links in Youtube description? Thanks.

Dear Wladimir, thank you for this extension. It would be great if the project will cover the another google site (namely youtube.com).

Right now we have https://www.youtube.com/redirect?redir_token=...&q=https%3A%2F%2Fgithub.com instead of proper links.
