I have seen issues like these

can u be a little bit more specific

if you're using a code editor like replit Or visual Studio code It won't work

use a terminal like termux [which u can just install here] termux-app_v0.118.0+github-debug_arm64-v8a.apk

but if ur using a linux Or debian kali linux ubuntuwhatever

Follow my steps

do git clone [url of ddos riper]

then do

cd DDoS-Ripper [it's case sensitive]

then do ls which lists all of the crap

do python3 if it's installed in ur system python3 DRipper.py

also if ur going to flood a server just make sure to use a ton if proxies or a vpn to stay anonymous cuz this is illegal
