Connector retasking seems not working

Open Leomund opened this issue 5 years ago • 5 comments

Hi. Probably it is unrelated with thiі repo, but maybe you can help. I am using the latest driver, latest realtek console with Realtek ALC1220. There is connector retasking feature in the Realtek Audio Console, but it seems not working. Nothing happens when I am clicking it. Is it fixable? I have Realtek ALC1220 on ASRock z370 Extreme4. And on other motherboards with same ALC1220 these settings are available by default. 2019-06-25 10-03-30

Disable front panel popup dialog may help change things here.

This issue and #4 seam to be very close related though.

Yes. The both issues are mine. I should have combined them.

It doesn't seem to affect anything. Actually when I connect something to front panel there is no any popup dialog even if it is turned on.

Probably the first step forward is to enable Line-In in Windows. It may be possible as you have headphones as 2nd audio output. That screenshot from ASUS Realtek Audio Console has that enabled and it may be prerequisite for dual audio output.

I enabled it. But it visible in Realtek Audio Console only if something connected to it. And doesn't affect any of issues. 2019-06-25 12_41_01
