Realtek Audio Console is not working, RPC error

Open NVPEWAVY opened this issue 2 years ago • 6 comments

I decided to try your version of the driver, did everything according to the guide, installed and uninstalled several times according to the instructions, but I still can't launch Realtek Audio Console, I also tried old versions, the same thing, after reading almost all the branches of the problem, I immediately attach a list of my drivers, but I noticed a strange thing, when I install the regular version of the OEM driver, everything is fine (I'm just not satisfied with the sound, in the OEM version when there is bass in the song, the volume seems to drop and at the moment when there is no bass in the song, the volume rises very loudly at once) your version is not fully installed, but it sounds better and the volume from the bass does not seem to drop, but the Console does not work). Another thing I noticed along this path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run in the registry is that there is no mention of Realtek. And there is nothing about Realtek in Services either. Help me solve the problem :) 111.csv 222 333 444

I immediately attach a list of my drivers,

you need to also attach a picture or screenshot of the Driverstore Explorer (RAPR) program showing a list of installed drivers on your computer, including the "Realtek Audio Universal Service" driver.

the RtkAudUService64.exe file (Realtek HD Audio Universal Service) should be running in the background on startup, which would allow Realtek Audio Console to run. otherwise it won't work

I notice exactly the same problem. 🙁 I also saw that on my system Universal Service is not installed at all and I think this is somehow in co-rel to RPC problem. I'm on fully updated W11 Pro 23H2.
