Realtek Audio Console stops working after first restart

Everything actually works after install, which was amazing to see. However, once I restart my computer, Realtek Audio Console hangs, and plug detection also stops working.

I'm not sure how exactly it can work but then break between restarts. I've tried many times. I also made sure that Windows had not uninstalled it.
