Dbus daemon

I have fixed up a few issues with the Dockerfile's adding system dbus daemon and also a mate desktop version. Changes allow for the use of ubuntu software center and many other applications that failed because there was no dbus daemon active.

I have also added featurs allowing the choice of username/password disabling root account and generating ssh keys for login.

Are you open to taking pull requests.
