Hi According to this [document](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/eks/latest/APIReference/API_LaunchTemplateSpecification.html), [RequestSpotInstances](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/APIReference/API_RequestSpotInstances.html) is not supported in LuanchTemplate so I am afraid it's the limit from EKS rather than CDK.
