Proposal for licensing the template under MIT or Apache 2.0

Hi!

Would it be possible to include a LICENSE file with the template? We would like to use a pre-made template for publishing our company internal AWS CDK modules but that would, of course, require using only properly licensed libraries or tooling.

If it's not a big deal, we'd appreciate licensing the template under MIT or Apache 2.0 license.
