Include light gray color (#FAFAFA) in color palette

I open this issue to discuss about adding the #FAFAFA light gray color to the design system. It is actually used and hardcoded in some component in MUI Italia (Showcase, Walkthrough), plus we (Interop) have it inside a constant LIGHT_GRAY as we often use it.

It could be added as background.light.
