v0.3.0 Disable AliasRefresh button when using MySQL

Describe the bug Suggest we disable the AliasRefresh button for MySQL and allow the cronjob to handle it automatically. Prevents users needing to tweak max query times etc.

Thoughts @pagermon/collaborators ?
