odr-viewer: selected value for "Detail" not used after loading .xodr

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open https://odrviewer.io/ in Firefox
  2. Select Detail "High (0.01)"
  3. Load .xodr file

After these steps the selected details seems to not be applied to the newly loaded .xodr. Reselecting Detail = "High (0.01)" does its job.
