`imp` removed in Python 3.12 causing crash on start up

We will be changing how we generate the unified `pagekite.py` to make use of Python's native zip support: [zipapp](https://docs.python.org/3/library/zipapp.html).

`imp` removed in Python 3.12 causing crash on start up

The pagekite.py downloadable from pagekite.net right now is built using a hacked zipapp. That should resolve the issue (as long as y'all redownload).
