Whoops, looks like something went wrong.

While trying to install First I counter with open_url is not enabled. Once I enabled it and went back to installation I get the error Whoops, looks like something went wrong. I not get anything else what is went wrong, how to find and solve issue ? I am sending my php extension configuration in screeenshot. here https://prnt.sc/10fu8m6 and https://prnt.sc/10fu9pq is something wrong with my php config.
