Categorizing pokemon as legendary or sub-legendary

A bug report was made on discord where Pokemon like Fezandipiti is categorized as Legendary when it should be Sub-legendary.

Key points from serebii are:

• Their category exists within the game code for the purpose of battle regulations and display in the Alola Pokédex, but has no official name.
• These are officially Legendary Pokémon in the code until Generation 9 when Special Pokémon were split into further groups, but are sometimes categorised separately in other material
