Crashes in last biome

Context: I am playing only in offline mode and the only thing I found overlapping was known issues with crashes at eternatus.

In the last biome I encountered 2 Crashes, one at the rival and one at eternatus. I beat the respective battles and then get stuck when the game is trying to go to the next scene (as in next battle or ending). I assume both have the same cause, which is tied to money, as I could bypass the trainer after buying things in the post battle rewards screen. My money count at the final boss clear is 181.860 PokeDollars.

Addendum from the console: First came the following error message, followed by 2 more error messages saying that a fetching process failed. Failed to load resource: http://localhost:8001/savedata/newclear?slot=0 net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
