Update Frisk descriptions

Frisk checks for abilities rather than items in this game. This PR fixes the description to account for this. All translations provided by DeepL. Fixes https://github.com/pagefaultgames/pokerogue/issues/778

This PR does not modify the German locale file because the updated German description for Frisk was already merged: https://github.com/pagefaultgames/pokerogue/commit/7b7df5b245f8b3ac2bfef0b2c7f20210a772f165
