Fix soft lock when opening menu on a confirm dialog

I've blocked the menu opening when we have a confirm dialog, and i made sure the process input was not outputing noisy errors that could pollute future bug report.

If there is a place when opening the menu on confirm dialog is mandatory, tell me.
