CDN version doesn't match with current npm versions

Description

We're already at version 4.1 at npm registry but that's not updated at our README.md nor at our cdn guiding our users to use outdated versions of the lib.

Expected Behavior

Have the sdk 4.1 being served from Pagar.me's CDN and update the readme.
