Hi, I'm experience the same issue. In other project this working exactly as you have, but this new one, the same code doesn't work. Can someone can some tip?

Yes it's. Just asked because in the sample page, this litle doesn't appear and inspecting the code and js, the plugin some how create a input and hide the selectbox....
