Component Showcase Page doesn't work.

Hey There! I am a huge fan of these retro UIs and was searching for a component library for a future project. I checked the readme and found the heroku link doesn't work anymore. I guess its because Heroku changed their pricing plans.

I would love to fix this somehow (not sure if the component library is ready). I'm looking forward to indulging into open source and this feels like a good small issue to start with.
