Enhancement Description

You cannot copy and paste a cell

you should be able to copy and paste a cell

Sadly clipboard is an enterprise feature of ag-grid https://www.ag-grid.com/react-data-grid/clipboard/

so it will be difficult to support.
The other possible route is to enable cell editing which is a community feature. that should work, but it gives users the impression that the datagrid is editable, which it isn't.
