@DavidBiesack I've opened a [PR](https://github.com/stoplightio/spectral/pull/2407) that fixes this issue in case you'd like to give it a try.
I don't know as I haven't tried that. I will ask other colleagues if they have enountered the same problem on F39.
I've received word from a colleague that he is running F39 and also sees this problem.
To add a little bit more data... On F38, I'm seeing this problem with at least the three most recent kernels (6.6.2-101.fc38, 6.5.12-200.fc38, and 6.5.11-200.fc38)
In the most recent comment in @Toby-Haynes's first link above (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1791427/comments/225) the commenter mentioned that for his Thinkpad model (X1 Extreme Gen 5), downgrading the BIOS from 1.20 to 1.19...
