Enhancement: filter on pacticipant name on index page

In case of large number of pacts, to find the particular pact on index page, It would be useful to have a filter on pacticipant name.

  1. Name should be auto-complete while typing in search box
  2. May be standard wildcards(* or %) can be supported for prefix, suffix or contains search.
