Pact Broker Docker Guidance - DiUS/Passenger image deprecation notice
There have been a couple of questions around the use of the Passenger based pact broker docker image stored in https://github.com/DiUS/pact_broker-docker, and a mention about it being officially deprecated soon.

We have had a notice in the https://github.com/pact-foundation/pact-broker-docker repo, regarding migration from the Passenger based image.

Should we add notes to state deprecation of / or stopping of official support of the DiUS image.
