Not super necessary most of the time, but would be nice to clean up, especially if you rename a bunch of folders.

Alright this one's a bit of a long shot, but in other modding communities with mod installers (e.g. FOMOD/BAIN installs), toggleable options are often provided with a before/after screenshot embedded....
Since `packwiz.json` is only saved when the modpack is fully downloaded, if the download is stopped abruptly (through a system crash / ctrl+c) the existing files are not known about...
e.g. for testing the integrated server with mods usually used on the server side!
If the user asks MultiMC to run offline, so should do packwiz - ignore the pack updates and the Java url-not-found errors.
