[Feature Request] Make (temporary?) backup of changed files

Hi there, I just did a bit of an oopsie and overwrote some of my previous config work on my modpack via packwiz-installer, and that gave me the idea that it might be desirable to put backups of files that have changed and are replaced or deleted by a backup somewhere where users can access it—one case would be when a config file gets added to the modpack, overwriting changes the user might potentially have made locally.

There's a few considerations to be made:

• How long should the backup be kept?
  • I'd suggest until the next update.
• Should there be a size limit?
  • Maybe don't backup files over 500MiB or something like that.

Maybe a notice could be displayed on first update:

Pack was updated. Backups have been placed into <folder>.
