Packit badges to show status of builds/jobs

We were asked about this in email, if there is a way to configure badges in a repository to indicate if Packit builds are passing or failing. This could be implemented also for other jobs, like tests.

From brief discussion with @majamassarini @nforro, some ideas from chat:

• an image badge that would show the status of the latest build for a given project and branch probably
• we might want to aggregate the results, e.g. across all chroots
• the status could be provided vi API

We could use e.g. this service or similar to generate dynamic badges.
