Use FastAPI endpoints and announce

  • identify places in the codebase where Flask endpoints are used (GH/GL webhooks, TF, dashboard, ?)
  • update API calls to use the new FastAPI endpoints
  • ensure everything works as before
  • warn users about the planned removal of Flask endpoints (public channels, blog) in case they use the API
