Pass Copr chroot and build ID as environment variables to Testing Farm

It could be called e.g. PACKIT_COPR_CHROOT.

Useful e.g. for containers/qm to do dnf copr enable $PACKIT_COPR_PROJECT $PACKIT_COPR_CHROOT in their e2e test environment setup script.
