Upstream verification of the »release«

Description

Another outcome of the discussion with @bookwar about the CentOS integration. We should be able to “verify” the release before actually proposing it to the downstream.

Expected checks:

• [ ] RPM build (Copr?)
• [ ] Tests, if there are any

Benefit

Less spammy PRs with proposed releases that cannot be released (e.g. broken RPM build, failing tests, etc.)
