Work with Copr team to set up VM image builds

Let's work with the Copr team (@praiskup) and help them set up the VM image build job for their repo.

As a part of this card create follow-up issues if there will be any.

Discussed today with the copr team (@praiskup)

  • Here's the current setup: https://docs.pagure.org/copr.copr/how_to_upgrade_builders.html
  • We can start with a subset of all the images the Copr team needs.
  • Would be beneficial for builders. Mainly for real image builds.
  • Would be nice to know if the image can boot.
  • Just a set of packages from the Fedora repository is needed. (=No extra repositories.)
  • František promised to create an issue on Copr side: https://github.com/fedora-copr/copr/issues/3418
    • Resources to be able to play with it.
