Adds the type documentation for VSM.

Companion PR for https://github.com/package-url/packageurl-dotnet/pull/18 which has an update to handle the case sensitivity for these names/namespaces.

sorry, I just saw this @gfs! I'm not a purl maintainer (and don't know much about CPAN or VSM) but thanks for fixing the cocoapods thing!
