Add guix and nix as package types

guix and nix are listed in https://github.com/package-url/purl-spec/blob/36aead86a7a533b9470130808d149db5a533f39a/PURL-TYPES.rst#other-candidate-types-to-define and it would be useful to add these as proper purl types.
