can quantification by kallisto being supported?

Since eXpress is not being maintained and kallisto is among the state-of-the-art transcript quantification tools, can kallisto output (quantified on transcript.fa) being support by KMA? Thanks.

Me too! For the time being, can we build a kallisto index of introns and transcripts?

I would also like to use kallisto or other quantification tool, because Express often runs out of memory on my data.
