Documentation out of date

Documentation only covers v0.46.0 CLI options. As v0.50.0 adds significant new functionality, the documentation should be updated to reflect this.

Yes, I agree and I'm working on it. :)

We'll need to also reorganize all documentation -- there are around 4 different official documentation pages for kallisto and bustools; we need to consolidate them into one place in order to mitigate confusion.
