Notification tab losing position after refresh

Describe the bug When refreshing the notification tab, it sometimes jump to an older notification and you have to scroll up.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Switch to the notifications tab from home tab
2. Refresh
3. Repeat until it happens

Expected behavior Position staying at top when refreshing.

Affirmation I have checked other issues for this project (open and closed) and I cannot find one that matches the problem I am reporting.
