Toots sometimes overlap

Describe the bug Sometimes when I'm scrolling around the toots will overlap:

To Reproduce I don't really know how to reproduce, it happens randomly as I'm scrolling around.

Expected behavior Toots shouldn't overlap.

Versions 1.3.0

Affirmation I have checked other issues for this project (open and closed) and I cannot find one that matches the problem I am reporting.

Which device is this? This looks like the animations in the Android widgets aren't completely finishing.
