It's not currently possible to log out of an account you can't log in to.

For example, you deleted the account on the server and now want to remove references to the account in Pachli.

Probable solution:

Add a "Manage accounts" item to the menu that appears when tapping the accounts disclosure triangle. This item would be below the "Add account" menu item.

Opening this would bring up a list of accounts on the device.

List should show:

• Avatar
• Name
• Account name
• Local stats (maybe)

This might be the place to put the notification stats that are currently shoehorned in to general preferences.

Actions for each account could be:

• Logout
