Add an option to install Proxitok as a PWA

There is currently no alternative client available for TikTok, which makes it difficult for mobile users to move away from the official app, if Proxitok had the option to be installed as a PWA it would be able to act similarly to a client and in turn act as a decent replacement for some users, expanding the over all options for privacy, and potentially making Proxitok a more viable option for some.
