Change port inside container

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Tried to run proxitok with podman, in a podman pod and proxitok doesn't want to run because podman pods all keep same ports, so proxitok signer load first leaving proxitok-web not able to bind port.

Describe the solution you'd like Allow for changing port of either proxitok-web or proxitok-signer container image using environmental variables
