Spellcheck docstrings, help text, and other user-facing strings (e.g. markdown files)

I’ve been using [textlint](https://github.com/textlint/textlint) and a number of [plugins/rules](https://github.com/textlint/textlint/wiki/Collection-of-textlint-rule). I’m consuming its output primarily through VS Code instead of the command line.

Archive’s helper message should describe how to use archive --all, not just check --all

@brendongo I think so. Right now the text is `To archive findings as tech debt, run $ bento archive` but if you run that directly after running `bento check --all`...

Mention ruleid: can contain many comma separated rules in --test https://semgrep.dev/docs/writing-rules/testing-rules/
