i can't download the 'flowers_text_c10.tar.bz2'.are there are any solve?

The download_datascripts.sh script fails since it assumes a file 'flowers_text_c10.tar.bz2' already exists on Line 54: https://github.com/paarthneekhara/text-to-image/blob/master/download_datasets.py#L54.
