Readme link broken

The link to the algorithm paper in the readme is currently broken.

Hello @joechrysler. I have found the pdf document of the algorithm(An Algorithm for Nudity Detection - by R. Ap-Apid). I wanted to ask should I add two links, the 1st one will redirect to the page where the table of content of the research paper is given and 2nd will redirect for downloading the pdf for the algorithm. Or Should I just directly add the link for downloading the pdf document of the algorithm?
