Chrome doesn't permit to run spammer in unactive tabs

I propose to add this as a note to app description. I could do it.

Technically you can as long as the website is in separate windows, not only tabs.

I tried this. Spamming is still suspended. Opera works good when inactive.

I have exactly the same problem with Firefox. No difference if it runs at a inactive tab or a separate inactive window.
