ETD search?

Dear pFind team, I would be interested in trying to use pFind open search with ETD data. Is it possible to add this fragmentation method for the user? Or should I request you to do it? Thank you, Henk van den Toorn

Dear pFind team,

I would also very much like to see the ability for pFind to open search ETD and EThcD data. Your software runs incredibly fast and is very versatile for searching PTMs, and it would be great if I could use pFind to analyze ETD/EThcD RAW files.

Same here, would appreciate support for c and z ions (=. Ideally in combination with b/y ions / supplemental activation by HCD and CID. Best regards, Moritz
