Update documentation for the new skia renderer

We are in the process of integrating skia as a new renderer and need users to test the new renderer.

Update the docs to add information about the new renderer skia and add docs for the additional APIs implemented in skia.

Hey @tushar5526 , I would like to work on this issue. Further I would like to know, are all the skia changes listed somewhere or I will have to scrap commits and codes referring to Skia Renderer?

APIs that are implemented in that PR are described in the description of either the PR or the issue.

Thanks for helping out. I am planning to list out all the changes from the PRs, that are to be documented, how about that? I did not find a Discord for p5py, where can I share that list with you once I am done? And it would be really great if you could assign the issue.😃
