I18n filenames

Instead of `messages.de.js` it would be totally sufficient to name the file `de.js`. This actually might be an issue of the jala.i18n module.

Embedding a story needs Markdown filter

Currently a story embedded with the `` macro is displayed as is. Thus, any Markdown is not rendered properly.

Comment button in replies

Should be available and open form underneath the corresponding comment / reply.
